SOLSKIN, skincare
Same £49k month. 55% more profit.
By April 2026, SOLSKIN's Amazon ads were buying growth. Spend had climbed to £13.5k a month, ACOS averaged 26.7%, and every unit sold carried £2.66 of advertising. In May we switched off the spend that wasn't paying for itself and rebuilt the account around one number: net profit per unit. ROAS more than doubled, and the account has been more profitable every month since. It works because Amazon isn't running on its own: around 40% of SOLSKIN's Amazon volume is spillover from TikTok, demand our creators build that Amazon ads don't have to pay for.
